Payment:

All payments are made through PayPal only. PayPal delivers one of the most secure platforms in the world and is the leader in online payments. It is safe and secure for both the consumer and the business.


You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Delivery:

All UK orders are dispatched 1st class via royal mail. 

All orders for Europe are dispatched standard delivery which can take 3 to 7 working days. Please note standard post is not tracked. If you wish to pay extra for it to be tracked please get in touch.

Your order will be dispatched within 3 to 14 working days after payment received.

If your order is not in stock please be aware it could take up to 14 working days for it to handmade and dispatched. You will receive an email to advise you of your dispatch date for your order.

Damaged/Faulty goods:

Although we take extra care and attention to packing all the ceramics safely, occasionally orders can arrive damaged. In the event of this happening please contact us within 3 working days with photo's of damaged goods. We will then send out a replacement to you as soon as we can.

Returns:

We hope you will always be happy with your purchase, however as a consumer you have a legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection (distance selling regulations 2000) during a period of 7 days. This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reasons you decide you do not want to keep your product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract within 7 days.

To receive your refund we must receive your returned goods within 28 days of receipt of delivery. All goods must be returned in perfect and saleable condition with the original product packaging. From Victoria is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

On receipt of goods we will refund you using the method in which you purchased the product. Refunds cannot be given for the cost of posting returns. Full refunds of both product, delivery and return postage will only be given where an item is deemed faulty upon receipt. This does not affect your statutory right.
